The working principle of the rotary kiln dust collector: The dust generated by the rotary kiln dust collector production line is first fed into the ash hopper of the cooler under the action of the fan. Large particles of dust settle down under the action of gravity, and the concentration of smoke and dust is further reduced, thereby reducing the workload of the dust collector. The high-temperature gas enters the water-cooled radiator under negative pressure, and the water-cooled cooler adopts the water in the tube process. The high-temperature flue gas transfers heat to the water through the tube arm, and the water that absorbs heat flows out of the cooler and then cools down for recycling. The cooled gas continues to ascend into the dust collector, where fine dust is trapped on the surface of the filter bag. The clean gas penetrates the filter bag and is removed by the fan, achieving smoke and dust purification. As the dust on the surface of the filter bag thickens, the dust cleaning system is activated to sequentially remove the dust adhering to the surface of the filter bag, ensuring that the equipment always operates at low resistance. The fallen dust is shaken into the dust collector's ash hopper and discharged through the ash discharge valve for centralized treatment.

6. The use of upper bag extraction method has improved the operation of bag replacement.

7. A comprehensive control system ensures the long-term operation of the dust removal system.

Characteristics of flue gas from rotary kiln bag filter:

1. High dust concentration, with a dust concentration of 100-300g/m3 in the kiln tail exhaust gas;

2. High temperature: The temperature of the kiln tail exhaust gas after passing through the kiln tail preheater is around 350-400 ℃;

3. Dust particles are fine, with fine particles<10 μ m accounting for 90%;
